(More customer reviews)I got this remote for the XM unit in my car so I don't have to look down to change the stations or keep my hand on it to scan through options. The buttons don't work very well to begin with but are also very hard to feel out because they are not raised very much and feel similar.
The last XM remote I had with my SkiFi II was a much better design so this was disappointing in comparison. It's functional, just not easy to use if you can't be looking right at the remote while you're using it.
