Amazon wants me to call the supplier they puchased it from and ask if they will help me,
This is BULL S_ _ _. SoundGreatUSA is a supplier of Amazon NOT mine. I paid Amazon for the product NOT SoundsGreatUSA. I have asked my credit card company to STOP payment until I am satisfied.
I may never purchase ANYTHING from Amazon again.
Amazon should REPLACE the product, I should NOT have to talk to anyone BUT Amazon.
