(More customer reviews)Well, I have had the product now for a week, and spent over 200 minutes with the SiriousXM customer support team, all of it useless. I put aside another 60 minutes to try again to get this activated and was told thier system was down. The TTR1 is a BETA version of this product and is not ready for consumer purchase. VERY, VERY DISSAPOINTED IN SIRIOUSXM, will be send this unit back on Monday. Spend your money on a pair of computer speakers and listen to the service from your laptop.
